Subject: Amber6 on AMD Athlon

Dear Amber users,

I wonder if someone has tuned Machine.g77_mpich file
for dual AMD 1.6 GHz boxes using g77 version 2.96 with
RedHat 7.2. Also: if someone uses optimised libraries
for these machines and not the standard Lapack and Blas
which comes with the Amber6 distribution. Any advice on
the performance is warmly welcome!

Side note: has anyone fixed source regarding warnings such
as for ew_fft.f:

Argument #5 (named `ifac') of `cfftb1' is one type at (2) but is some
other type at (1) [info -f g77 M GLOBALS]

(these warnings relate to other subroutines in parallel.f, nmrcal.f, ...)
