Subject: charge fitting

Dear Amberers,

sorry for the weird question I posted yesterday. Apparently
the guy I replaced at my institute took all the knowledge
about the parametrization with him. Now there seems to be
some confusion about how to do it. I hope I will have that
straightened out soon and won't ask such silly stuff
anymore.
I hope you don't mind me not attaching yesterdays
