Subject: Dual-processor performance.

Hello,
        Has anyone tried to compare the performance of N-node, N
processor Linux cluster against N/2-node N-processor's? Is the sander code
written is a way that takes advantage of dual processors? Or is there any
compilation option that will do so? Please let me know if you have
answers/comments to make to any queries.
