Hi all,
This problem is clearly in the commmunications for a start.
The FXdist shows almost 300 sec and the FFT shows 350 sec
total being 670 sec, so most of the time is in communications.

I do not have an answer, at the moment, but please run
with 1 processor to get a baseline serial time
and check with your sysadmin about the mpi installation.
