Got the following error while attempting a simple
minimization with sander (min.in file is same as pcy
example just renamed myomin1.in and adjusted for 1 -
153 residues)

fmt:end of file
apparent state:unit 5 named myomin1.in
last format: (20A4)
Lately reading sequential formatted external IO
aborted
