Subject: variable NTWXM in Sander

Dear Amber users,

When I try to run sander (the new version) with ntwxm=0 to ensure that
md coordinates will be output to the .crd file, I get the message

namelist read (ntwxm): variable not in namelist

even though this variable is in the sander manual. Is it in fact still
active, or should I just delete it?
