        Head atom (N) and Tail atom (C) of the new aminoacid
        need to be defined for a correct chain elongation .
        Is there a way to do this using leap,

unit head/tail
residue connect0/connect1

E.g.

> set NME head NME.1.N
> set NME.1 connect0 NME.1.N
