is (in my opininion) a good start (Can be obtained from amazon.com,
barnesandnoble.com,...).
Furthermore, go to some people with experience in MD and ask lots of
questions.
Last but not least: take some small molecule, do some MD,
look what happens, try to explain/understand what happened and why.
(especially, try to create small movies from the trajectory using e.g.
VMD (you can get this for free from http://www.ks.uiuc.edu/Research/vmd/)
or some other visualization program).
