Hello,
      We sent mails to you earlier about AMBER program. Please let us know
if the following machine configurations would serve the purpose.
We are planning to order Intel Pentium III 1000MHz,128 MB SD RAM,20 GB UDMA
HDD 66.Please let us know if we are giving the right choice of the
machine.We would also like to know if we can send the structures of the
systems we are working on which are not standard PDB structures. We are in
fact trying to design the non standard heterocyclic DNA bases.
