Dear Amber users,

I have a very simple question. I had a quick look at the /dat files,
looking for phosphorylated serine and threonine, but found neither.

Could you please tell me if there is any source where I can get
the parameters for these two residues? I sure can do a RESP calculation
on them, but I am just thinking may be someone could save me some time.
