Subject: anal.in format

I am trying to write an input file for anal, but I do not believe that I
am writing it correctly. I looked on the tutorial page for a sample but
I cannot find one. Does anyone have a sample input file that I can look
at for reference. Also, does anyone know if anal will do base step
parameters.
