Subject: Did MM/PBSA runs on linux also?

Hello,

I am running AMBER6 on Linux Redhat 6.0,
in the amber directory there is a script mm_pbsa which
it said is for SGI/alpha/IBM.
If I run that using ./mm_pbsa when it detects my linux OS,
it says no way to define zcat and exit.
Same thing happens even I compiled the source in the source directory
of mm/pmsa.

May I ask did anyone used mm/pbsa with linux or should it be
able to do so?
