Subject: ISTAR2

I have a large system that I want to run dynamics on and I get the error "Too
many atoms for 16 bit pairlist -Recompile without ISTAR2" .

I have two questions regarding this:
1) where do you designate that ISTAR2 is to be or not to be used while
compiling?
2) What implications will this have on the accuracy and other issues within
sander?
