Subject: question about imaging

Hello,
  I am doing dynamics with AMBER4.1 for my dna molecule. While doing so
after 40ps the dna strands are moving away from the box . So, I tried with
rdparm (translateBox command)to bring back the image of the strands. The
programe makes changes in the co-ordinates of the molecule.But the strands
are still in the outside of the box.Is there is any other way to solve this
problem?If so ,please let me know about it.
