Hi, Amber experts:

I am using a Carnal to plot g(r) for the interatomic (e.g. C-C, C-H or H-H)
distribution for the benzene. Is there any way I can plot g(r) for the centers
of mass of the benzene to get the intermolecular radial distribution of the
benzene as a solvent?
