Please note: This alignment was not rigorously constructed! The alignment was done by manually aligning conserved regions using MSI's Insight/Homology program. The alignment is most reliable within the EF-hands. The alignment of the regions outside of the EF-hands is untrustworthy, particularly in the loop linking the two EF-hands in a domain. A more rigorous alignment is planned for the future.

Kawaski and Kretsinger's alignment from Protein Profile, 1 was used to aid in aligning many of these sequences.
