Hi Amber,

I'm curious to know if there is a way to rename a group of residues in
xleap. For instance, if I were to combine residues A and B:

new = combine { A B }

I'd like to rename "new" as residue "C". Is there a way to do this in
xleap? Do I use the "set" command?
