I have now added all the x11 category utilites in the cygwin installation
but my amber configuration still does not see the x11 libraries in the usual
location. How can I tell the Amber configure_at file to know where to find
the x11 libraries and how do I know where exactly they were installed to and
which specific file is the one its looking for?
