Dear AMBER
I was wondering that is the relation between Ki (binding affinity) and delta G (binding energy).
Is there any law to convert one form to another?
I am trying to calculate the binding energy of some inhibitors theoretically and I have only Ki expremental values, how can I compare my results with expermental one?
