Hello AMBERites,

I din't get the answer for this query. So i am posting it again.
Somebody guide me about it.
I am working on domains of protein structures which can fold
independently and then refold together as shown in the TASSER
modeling.
Can i link and refine the modeled domains with different proteins
bound on it, as normally my desired protein is a multi-unit
conformation in the in-vivo system?
