Hi AMBER pals,
Apology for repeated posting.

I would like to calculate the change in the volume of a binding pocket over a trajectory.
I would like to plot quantitatively and see how it varies over the time.
I could visually see that, but some quantitative measurement is missing. I have also plotted SASA as well.

How can I do it in AMBER or anyother related stuff
 
Any help is appreciated.
