Tail atoms must first be defined as 'connectX' atoms, where X is a number,
lowest being 0. I believe connect0 is head and connect1 is tail. Head and
tail are used for joining residues to form a strand. Branches require the
use of connect2 etc. - try 'desc CYX' to see how a branch residue is set
up.

Probably you will need to show what you are doing so that people can help.
I.e. paste your leap session text into email.
