Thank you so much for your help/assistance.
I managed to install PMEMD successfully in SMP IA64 with changing the intel MKL lib file from libmkl_intel.a to libmkl_intel_lp64.a in the config.h

Again, thank you so much. I really appreciate both of your help. ;p
