Sorry, this doesn't qualify as a "detailed problem". You don't say what
antechamber commands you used, and (more importantly) all we know about
the input files is that they were "downloaded from the web".

It should(?) be clear to you that no one else could begin to reproduce
the problem from this sort of description; absent that, no one will be
able to help.

["Segmentation fault" is a very general failure message; of course, in
principle, a program should not give such an uninformative message. But
bad inputs could certainly cause antechamber to get so confused that it
doesn't know what to do except crash.]
