Subject: [AMBER] distance matrix plot and secondary structure analysis

Dear All,
I am interested to get the plot of distance matrix of all c alpha atoms
from the output file distmat.dat. Can anyone help me how to generate the
plot from this output file?
And also how to study secondary structure analysis using amber traj files.
