It would help to know the context of this sentence since as it currently
stands I have no idea what you mean. Do you mean doing some kind of
scattering experiment? Scattering of what? X-rays - that would be hard.
Neutrons would also be hard...

You need to provide significantly more details for anybody to be able to
help you. Has this work been published in some paper where they used AMBER
and you'd like to reproduce it?
