Subject: AMBER: normal-vector of a plane with 'corrplane'

Hi everyone,

I've been trying to correlate the normal-vectors of two planes to each other
using 'corrplane' in 'vector' of 'ptraj', but get a segmentation fault
whether I use AMBER 8 or 10.
This issue has come up a couple of times over the past years but appears to
remain unanswered.
My situation is exactly as described in the following link:

Any help is greatly appreciated.
