Subject: AMBER: Is there anyway to recover the LISTOUT obtained after running a md with nmr restrictions

I'm running a md with nmr restrictions,
and getting the usual files MDOUT, RESTRT, MDCRD,
and also LISTOUT wich came from the specified DISANG file for restrictions.
By mistake I've rm'ed all the LISTOUT files, and I would like to check.
Is there anyway to get them back from the remaining output files
MDOUT, RESTRT, MDCRD ?
