Subject: AMBER: Can we use the distance restraint in Replica-exchange simulation with AMBER8

 Dear Amber Users,
 
 We would like to conduct a Replica-exchange simulation with distance restraint. But I'm not quite sure if these two processes (Replica-exchange simulation and distance restraint with "nmropt=1") can be applied simultaneously in AMBER8.

Any information will be appreciated.
