Subject: AMBER: nmode memory problem

Dear all,

I was running mmpbsa-Nmode module to get the entropy. While at nmode
calculation, it ask me to increase the real memory by 500,000,000. I did as
it told, and tried to compile nmode. I got error message "the storage size
needed for 'X' exceeds 268,425,455 bytes". My system is SGI Onyx3800 with
36G memory. Does anyone have this experience? Any suggestion is
appreciated.
