Dear Sir/Madam,

I am trying to run the tutorial 4-section 4, and make use of the plc.frcmod.
  However, I have difficulty to understand this file, could you mind to
explain it a little bit more.

I found the rows under DIHE got 5 columns:

X-NB-CU-X 1 0.000 180.000 3.000

What is 1, 0.000, 180.000 and 3.000 stands for?
