Subject: AMBER: Error when compiling amber9 ptraj

Dear Amber users,

during serial compilation of amber 9 on an athlon PC configured with

./configure -athlon ifort_ia32

using the intel fortran compiler and gcc 3.3, the compilation of ptraj
halts with this error message:

ptraj.c: In function `ptrajOutputCoordinates':
ptraj.c:4037: parse error before `int'
ptraj.c:4047: `xrep' undeclared (first use in this function)
ptraj.c:4047: (Each undeclared identifier is reported only once
ptraj.c:4047: for each function it appears in.)
ptraj.c:4047: `yrep' undeclared (first use in this function)
ptraj.c:4047: `zrep' undeclared (first use in this function)
ptraj.c:4050: `natomCL' undeclared (first use in this function)
make[1]: *** [ptraj.o] Fehler 1
make[1]: Verlassen des Verzeichnisses Verzeichnis
/usr/local/amber9/src/ptraj
make: *** [serial] Fehler 2

removing the cd ptraj; make install line from the Makefile lets everything
else compile through. Does anyone have an idea whats causing this error?

I'd be happy about any hints.
