Dear Abd,

Yacc is required for building leap. If you don't want to run Leap on your
cluster, not recommended anyway as you should build the inpcrd and prmtop on
a local machine and copy them to the cluster to run MD, then you can ignore
the error message. Since Leap is the last thing to be built (for this very
reason) everything else should be built fine. You can simply go ahead and cd
$AMBERHOME/test and runs the tests, just beware that the testing will fail
once it gets to the leap section (again the last section).

Alternatively you could ask your sysadmin to install the required packages
that Mark mentioned below.
