Subject: AMBER: nucgen error

Dear amber users,
 
I am constructing a 12 mer A-DNA using Nucgen. I am getting the following message in the nucgen output file. Can anyone please give me some clue of what it is.
 
"RESIDUE NAMES ARE NOT UNIFORMLY OLD OR 1994 NUCLEIC ACIDS"
