Subject: AMBER: parmchk segfaulting

I lost the exact mail, but David Mobley recent sent in a mol2 file (called
FRH.mol2) that caused parmchk to segfault. I can reproduce the segfault
on windows/cygwin/gcc, but I have not yet tracked it down. I'm cc-ing this
to Junmei, since he knows a lot more about that program.

We should be able to figure this out soon (!?!?)

(Junmei: try parmchk -i FRH.mol2 -o foo -i mol2; this seems to fail on
some compilers, not with others....)
