Subject: AMBER: problem with xleap

Dear amber users,
   I am experiencing a problem with the graphical interface of leap:
sometimes it happens that simply I cannot scroll down the menus and only
a logout/relogin on my machine would solve the problem. I have
experienced this problem before and I know there is a fix for it but
unfortunately I dont remember how to fix it. Does somebody know the
solution for this?

I am using a Debian machine with KDE 3.3 desktop...and Amber 8
