Hi Ioana,

If you have not already, you may want to take a look at the paper listed
below. In this article one can find calculations of the sequence
dependence of the relative rates of charge transfer in DNA strands.
>From this paper alone, I believe you can make at least a rough estimate
of the sequence dependent residence time of the charge (or hole) in your
DNA. Subsequent articles from both the Berlin and Ratner groups may
also be useful.
