Subject: AMBER: Vibration frequency of nucleobases

Dear All,

Please anyone tell me the typical vibration frequency of nucleobase (DNA)
obatin from MD simulations (using AMBER force field). From experiment, about
1750 CM^-1 is for double bond vibration. Or please point me the references
where I can read.
