Hai Bimo,

I think you must set connect2 for atom in the residue you wish to conenct
carbohydarte. In tha Amber manual it says about connect2 as follows :
connect2 This is an ATOM property which defines an ATOM that can be used in
making links to other RESIDUEs. In amino acids, the convention is that this
is the AT OM to which disulphide bridges are made.
