Subject: calculated b-factor higher than x-ray

Dear Amber users,

I have gone through the Amber mailist archive, but I didn't find an answer for this question. Why generally the calculated B-factor from Amber trajectory is higher (in magnitude) than its crytallographic values? I took the trajectory files from sander output. If it is reasonable, could you cite me some publications about that?

Thanks,
Bimo
