Hi,

My question could seem trivial but I hope someone would help me.

Could you explain me why the atom type of the atom N1 (of guanine) and
N3 (of Thymine) is NA in the amber prep file all_nuc**.in ?

This atom type is apparently define for sp2 N in 5 memb.ring w/H (cf
comment in the force feald), and I have found two article where the
autor are using other atom type (respectively N* and NC) for the thymine
N3.

Thanks,

Emmanuel G.
