        how to show water probability density map of a solvated
        macromolecule besides using the MIDAS

Carnal can be used to plot the distribution of distances of
waters from solute. To get normalized water densities would
require knowing the volumes of successive shells around the
molecule. I have some code for doing this which could be adapted
to work in carnal if anyone is interested in the project.
