Subject: water density around the molecule

i'm wondering if there is any tool to analyze the water density around the
dna or protein based on the md trajectory. anal could do some part of it,
but it really chooses specific water which is not really very important if
you want to get the picture of the water density around the
molecule. thanks for any suggestions... yan
