          If I run this script I get some type of an error.
        
        
          (Residues lacking connect0/connect1 -
           these don't have chain types marked:
        
                res total affected
        
                WAT 4341
          )
        (no restraints)
        ____________________________
        
        how do I rectify this
        
It isn't a problem - just an informational msg, since chain
types are of marginal importance to analysis & no importance
to simulation.
