Subject: Compiling AMBER6 under OCTANE DUO

I was wondering if there is a specific Machine file (or flags) to
compile AMBER6 under OCTANE DUO
(SGI, IRIX 6.5.2 , 2 CPU's ) in order to run sander with both CPU's. I

already used Machine.sgi and
Machine.sgi_mpi and sander code compiles well and pass all the tests
but it run with only one CPU
for both cases.

Any suggestions will be welcome.... thanks.
